The Early Learning Center was founded in 1974. The philosophy and program goals of Notre Dame E.L.C. meet the unique needs of all children by providing:

Small and large group activities that give the children the opportunity to expand new ways of thinking, decision making, problem solving and creating a desire to learn. |

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
